Just an hour south of the Twin Cities is this casino operated by the Prairie Island Indian Community. It is themed as a tropical paradise, which suits Minnesotans just fine. An expansion nearly doubled the amount of gaming space. The casino is split into several different venues: Fishermans Wharf, Tropical Rain Forest, Caribbean Village, Caribbean Marketplace and Casino 7. Altogether they boast 2,400 state-of-the-art slot machines, 64 blackjack tables, video poker, video craps, video keno and bingo.
