Family-friendly and a great favorite with the locals, the Zoo Music Concert Series is a quintessential summer event in Duke City. Prominent artists from all corners of the globe have graced the stage during the Series' twenty year run. Several concerts take place in the series, ranging in genre from Cajun swing, folk-rock, and rootsy Americana to Western swing, Celtic, Bluegrass and Southwestern folk. Bring your own chair, blanket and picnic and spread out on the lawn, which accommodates up to 4,500 people. Food is also available for purchase, as are beer and wine.
