It's hard to believe that this desirable restaurant, bar and cafe was once a sooty foundry. Located in the burgeoning old factory area near the Waterfront, it fills a vast tiered space centred on a bar below a suspended wine cellar. Beluga, with its minimalist brickwork interior, has become the place to be seen.

decoración: The design is striking: bare red brick contrasted with lots of black; angular light fittings, chairs and bar and an open-plan kitchen. Combined it creates the idea of space whilst still being cosy.
