This is bare-bones Texas barbecue, complete with picnic tables and plastic checkered red and white table cloths. Fresh bread is baked daily along with dishes like green chili stew, and Rudy's signature creamed corn. Your barbecue entrees come served on white butcher paper and range from the Barbecue Beef Sandwich, to the Combination Platter of sausage, chicken and beef ribs.
